Production equipment and process control
A standard modern electronic cigarette factory usually includes the following core production areas: dust-free assembly workshop: generally needs to meet the 100000 level GMP dust-free standard, and workers wear anti-static clothing for atomizer and body assembly. Cigarette oil blending and filling workshop: High precision automated equipment injects cigarette oil into the atomization chamber, ensuring minimal error in the amount of oil injected per unit. SMT SMT SMT workshop: responsible for soldering and SMT processing of electronic cigarette core control chips (MCU) and PCBA circuit boards. Automated testing workshop: using machines for airflow resistance testing, battery electrical performance testing, and leak proof negative pressure testing.
